FastEx FAQ: Delivery, Tracking and COD

Clear answers to common questions about FastEx home delivery, tracking updates, cash on delivery and missed deliveries.

Last reviewed: 2026-09-09

Home Delivery & Reception

Does FastEx deliver to my home, or do I go to a bus terminal?

FastEx delivers to your door. A courier brings the parcel to your house, flat or office. This is different from Daewoo Smart Cargo, where you collect from a bus terminal. A normal FastEx parcel does not need collecting from a terminal.

What time does FastEx deliver?

FastEx couriers usually deliver between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Business areas are often done in the morning and homes in the afternoon. The exact time depends on traffic, weather and the courier’s route.

Will the FastEx rider call before coming?

Usually, yes. Couriers often call the phone number on the label just before they arrive. They check someone is home, ask for directions if needed and remind you to have the COD cash ready.

Can someone else take the parcel for me?

Yes. A family member, household staff or a building reception desk can accept it. If it is cash on delivery, make sure they have the exact amount ready.

Tracking & Consignment Numbers

Where do I find my FastEx tracking number?

For online orders, the seller usually sends it by SMS or email. If you sent a parcel from an Express Center, it is printed on your receipt under the barcode. A shop order number, such as #10482, is only for the shop and will not work for tracking.

Why does tracking say "No Record Found" for a new parcel?

When a seller makes a shipping label, the tracking number exists before FastEx has the parcel. Tracking starts once the parcel reaches the first FastEx hub and is scanned. Wait a while and try again.

Why has my FastEx tracking stopped while the parcel is on its way?

When a parcel travels between cities, it is packed with others in a vehicle and is not scanned on the road. Tracking updates again when it reaches the hub in your city. Long trips take longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Can I open the parcel before I pay the COD rider?

Usually not. The parcel stays sealed until you pay in full and sign for it. The courier cannot check the item or take it back unsealed. If something is wrong with the item, contact the seller.

What if I do not have the exact cash when the courier comes?

Couriers carry little change. If you do not have the exact amount, the courier may need to find change nearby, which slows things down, or come back another day.

Missed Deliveries & Exceptions

What happens if I miss the FastEx delivery?

If nobody is home or your phone is off, the courier records a note such as "Customer Not Available". FastEx makes two delivery attempts before sending a parcel back. Between tries, the parcel is kept at the local branch for 48 to 72 hours, so call the helpline to arrange a new time.

Can I collect my parcel from an Express Center instead?

You can ask. Call FastEx on 042-111-007-009 with your tracking number and ask if they can hold the parcel at your nearest Express Center for you to collect.
