The FastEx Seller and COD Portal

FastEx has an online portal for registered business customers and Cash on Delivery (COD) sellers, at codportal.daewoo.net.pk. It is protected by a password. FastEx says sellers can see statements there listing each tracking number and the payment made. Ask FastEx which other tools your account can use.

Public tracking only shows where a parcel is. The seller portal is linked to your business account, with customer addresses and payment details. So it is very important to keep your login safe and to use only the real portal address.

Online shops, sellers and businesses with a FastEx agreement use the portal. They can check their COD statements and payments, and FastEx pays business sellers twice a week.

If you are waiting for an online order or a personal parcel, you do not need an account or login. You only need the tracking number from the sender, which you can check on public tracking pages without a username or password.

How to Check You Are on the Real FastEx Portal

Scammers copy courier login pages on fake web addresses to steal logins. Before you type anything, check that your browser shows the real address:

Look carefully at the exact address. The seller portal is at daewoo.net.pk and fastex.pk. Any address with extra dashes, strange endings (.xyz, .top, .cc) or a blog name in it is not the real portal.

How to Keep Your Account Safe

Simple habits that protect your seller login.

1. Check for the Padlock

Make sure the padlock icon shows next to the web address. This means the connection is secure. If your browser warns you about the site, do not log in.

2. Do Not Use Shared or Public Computers

Never log in to your seller account on shared computers, such as in internet cafes or offices, where someone could see or save your password.

3. Use a Strong Password Just for This Account

Do not use the same password as your email or social media. Mix letters, numbers and symbols, and change it from time to time.

4. Ignore Requests for Your Password

Never give your password, SMS codes (OTPs) or payment PINs to anyone who calls, messages on WhatsApp or emails you. Treat any request for them as a scam.
