How to Track a FastEx Parcel in Four Steps

These four steps cover everything, from finding the number on your receipt to reading the rider’s latest scan. They also work for Daewoo FastEx parcels booked through Daewoo Express.

1

Find the tracking number on your receipt

Find the tracking number under the barcode on the sender’s copy, in the booking SMS or in the shop’s order details. Type only the number, without spaces, dashes or a “CN:” label.

About FastEx

FastEx Courier Tracking in Pakistan: Services and Coverage

FastEx is the home delivery courier of Daewoo Express. The Daewoo buses carry people and terminal cargo, while FastEx takes parcels to addresses in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir, through its own Express Centers. Most of what it carries is online orders, documents and many cash on delivery parcels.

Tracking takes the guesswork out of waiting. Each scan is a handover: booking at a counter, the trips between hubs, arrival at your local branch and the moment a rider takes it out for delivery. That is what you see when you check a tracking number.

FastExTracking.pk is an independent site, not part of FastEx or Daewoo Express. It does two things: turns tracking messages into plain words, and tells you what to do when something goes wrong. It works well on a phone, because that is where most people check a parcel.

Doorstep Courier Home Delivery

Couriers bring parcels to homes and businesses, from local Express Centers in the cities FastEx covers.

Express Centers

Walk-in counters where you can drop off and book parcels, or ask questions, in major cities.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Riders collect cash for online sellers, and the money is paid to the seller through FastEx’s COD portal.

Tracking number (CN)

FastEx Tracking Number: What It Looks Like and Where to Find It

In Pakistan, couriers often call the tracking number a Consignment Numbers or CN numbers. When a parcel is booked with FastEx, it gets its own barcode and number, which you use to track it all the way.

Typical CN Number Structures
  • FastEx has not published a fixed format for its tracking numbers, so we do not guess at prefixes or lengths.
  • Copy the number exactly as it is printed under the barcode or written in the SMS.
  • Parcels booked through online shops may use a number made by the shop's FastEx business account.
Where to find your tracking number
  • Counter Booking Receipt: On the receipt from the Express Center counter, under the barcode on the sender’s copy.
  • FastEx Dispatch SMS: In the SMS sent to the sender and receiver when the parcel is booked.
  • Online Merchant Confirmation: In the shipping email or order page from your online shop.

This site only tracks by tracking number. There is no account list and no phone number search. Type only the number, without extra spaces, dashes or labels like “CN:”. For more detail, see our guide on FastEx CN Number Formats.

Logistics Milestone Normalization

What Each FastEx Tracking Status Means

FastEx uses many scan messages. We group them into simple statuses:

Booked / Shipment Registered

The sender or shop has booked the parcel. FastEx has not collected or scanned it yet.

Picked Up

FastEx has the parcel, from a counter or a pickup at the shop, and it is being sorted.

In Transit

The parcel is on the road between hubs in different cities.

Arrived at Destination Facility

The parcel has reached the main hub in your city and is being sorted for your local branch.

Out for Delivery

A rider has the parcel and will deliver it today. Have your phone with you in case the rider asks for directions.

Delivered / Signed

FastEx has handed the parcel over at your address and recorded the delivery.

Delivery Pending / Rescheduled

The rider could not deliver today, maybe because time ran out, the place was closed or nobody was in. FastEx makes two attempts in total before sending a parcel back.

Exception / On Hold

Delivery is paused because the address is incomplete or the phone is not answered. Contact FastEx to give them a landmark.

Returned to Shipper (RTS)

After failed delivery attempts or a refused COD, the parcel is going back to the seller.

Services

FastEx Services in Pakistan

FastEx is the home delivery brand of Daewoo Express. It has a few different services, not one delivery speed for everything:

ServiceCoversWhat To Expect
Door-to-Door Courier Home DeliveryDomestic parcels within PakistanDelivered to the receiver’s address, if a rider covers the area
Globex International CourierCross-border shipmentsNeeds an invoice and a declaration that nothing banned is inside. It takes longer than delivery inside Pakistan
Cash on Delivery (COD)E-commerce merchant shipmentsThe rider collects payment at the door. The sender needs a FastEx business account
Express CentersIn-person booking & queriesWalk-in counters in major cities, open during business hours

On Transit Times:

FastEx has not published a delivery-time table we could check, so we do not give fixed hours or days for any route. The real speed depends on the distance and conditions on the road. Track your own number above to see real progress, or read the FastEx tariff calculator for route-specific service options. Read our full guide on FastEx Delivery Time in Pakistan.

Missing parcel • What to do

FastEx Parcel Not Received? What to Do Next

If your parcel has stopped moving, or shows as delivered but never reached you, waiting is not enough. Work through these steps in order. You can do each one today.

1. Check the tracking number before you assume the parcel is lost

A single typing mistake can make a parcel look lost when it is not. Track the number again, copying it exactly from the receipt, and check with the sender that it is the tracking number and not their own order number.

2. Read the last scan, because it shows who has the parcel

“Delivery Pending” means the parcel is back at the local branch waiting for another try. “On Hold” normally points to an address or phone issue that you can sort out. “Returned to Shipper” means it is going back to the seller, who now decides what happens next.

3. Call FastEx with the tracking number ready

Only FastEx can trace a parcel. Call the helpline on 042-111-007-009 or email cx@daewoofastex.pk with the consignment number, the booking date, and the destination address. Your nearest express center can also check counter records if the parcel was self-collected.

4. For an online order, tell the seller at the same time

For online orders, the seller has the deal with FastEx, so claims, replacements and refunds go through them. Send them the tracking number and a screenshot of the tracking. They can raise it in ways a receiver cannot.

What this site cannot do: FastExTracking.pk is an independent tracking site. We have no parcels, cannot see inside FastEx’s systems, and cannot open, move or pay a claim. We show you the scans and tell you who to contact. The trace itself must be raised with FastEx or the seller. Our full guide on what to do when a FastEx parcel does not arrive walks through each case in detail.

E-Commerce • Payment Collection

Paying a FastEx COD Rider at the Door

Cash on delivery is how a lot of Pakistani shoppers pay for online orders. Knowing how FastEx riders handle COD makes the handover quick:

1

Have Exact Cash Ready

Riders carry little change, so have the exact amount ready to avoid delays or another trip.

2

Settlement Before Opening

You usually pay and sign before you open the parcel or look at the item.

3

Seller Dispute Resolution

The rider cannot check the item or give money back. Questions about what is inside go to the online shop.

For more on COD returns, unboxing videos and problems with sellers, see our guide on FastEx Cash on Delivery Tracking.

Common problems

FastEx Tracking Not Updating? What to Do

Four situations cause almost every “my tracking is stuck” message. Here is the cause and what to do for each:

Problem 1: The tracking number shows no record yet

Why it happens: When an online shop books a parcel, the number is made before FastEx has the parcel. Tracking only starts after the parcel is scanned at a FastEx centre.
Solution: Give it a few hours after you get the shipping message. If the parcel was booked late in the evening, the first scan usually shows the next morning.

Problem 2: Stuck on “In Transit”

Why it happens: Parcels going a long way between provinces travel by road. They are not scanned while the vehicle is on the road.
Solution: Updates start again when the vehicle reaches the hub in your city.

Problem 3: With a rider but not delivered

Why it happens: Riders have many stops each day. Traffic, bad weather or offices closing can stop them reaching every stop before the end of the day.
Solution: Parcels not delivered go back to the local centre, and FastEx tries again on a later working day. It makes two attempts in total.

Problem 4: Address problem or phone not answered

Why it happens: A missing house number, an unclear street name or a phone that is off can stop the rider finding you.
Solution: Call FastEx on 042-111-007-009 with your tracking number to give a landmark, or ask to collect from your local Express Center.

FAQ

FastEx Tracking Questions, Answered

Short answers to what FastEx receivers ask most

Can I track FastEx with my phone number?
No. On this site, FastEx parcels can only be found with the tracking (CN) number. A phone number or name will not work. The CN is on the sender’s copy of the receipt, so if you are the receiver, ask the sender for it. Still stuck? The FastEx helpline on our helpline page can tell you what details they need.
Where is the CN on a FastEx receipt?
Look just under the barcode on the sender’s copy of the receipt. That is the tracking number, and it is the only number our tracker accepts. The same number is in the booking SMS and in the shipping email or order page from your online shop.
Do I need an account or an app to track FastEx?
No. Paste your tracking number into the box above and press “Track Shipment”. You will see each scan, from booking to the hubs between cities, to your local branch and the rider. No login, no sign-up and no app.
How long does FastEx take to deliver?
FastEx has not published delivery times for every route, and we will not make them up. It depends on the distance, whether a rider covers your area, and whether the parcel is going within Pakistan or abroad with Globex. FastEx usually delivers between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For help with your parcel, track it above or call FastEx on 042-111-007-009.
My parcel says "Out for Delivery". What should I do?
It means the parcel has reached your local branch and a rider will bring it to you today. Keep your phone on so the rider can ask for directions, and have the exact COD amount ready if you need to pay.
Tracking says "CN Not Found". Has the booking failed?
Usually not. When a sender books online or prints a label, the number exists before FastEx has the parcel. Tracking starts after the parcel is first scanned at a FastEx centre. While the parcel travels between cities, there are no updates until it reaches the next hub.
Is it OK to open a FastEx COD parcel before paying?
Usually not. You normally pay the full COD amount before you open the parcel. The rider cannot check what is inside or give refunds. If an item is wrong, broken or missing, contact the online shop for a return or replacement.
My FastEx parcel never arrived. Who can trace it?
Only FastEx can trace a parcel, so call 042-111-007-009 or email cx@daewoofastex.pk with the CN, the booking date and the delivery address. First, track the number again above to rule out a typing mistake, and read the last scan. "Delivery Pending" and "On Hold" can usually be sorted out locally. "Returned to Shipper" means the parcel is going back. For an online order, tell the shop too, as they can raise it with FastEx from their business account.
What does "Returned to Shipper" mean for an online order?
It means FastEx could not deliver the parcel after two attempts, or the address was wrong, the phone was off or the COD was refused. The parcel is now going back to the sender. If you want it before it leaves your city, call FastEx on 042-111-007-009 straight away with your CN.
Which FastEx contact should I use?
Call 042-111-007-009 for anything urgent, such as holding a parcel, fixing an address or a problem with a rider. You can also message FastEx on WhatsApp at 0311-2222490. Written questions go to cx@daewoofastex.pk or fastex@daewoofastex.com. For help in person, go to a FastEx Express Center with your receipt and CNIC.
Does FastEx deliver on Sundays and holidays?
No. FastEx riders and booking centres do not work on Sundays or public holidays such as Eid, Pakistan Day and Independence Day. Parcels booked on Saturday afternoon or Sunday go out on Monday.
Can FastExTracking.pk send my parcel somewhere else or change the address?
No. FastExTracking.pk is an independent tracking site. It is not part of Daewoo Express or FastEx. We have no vans, no warehouses and no parcels. To change an address, hold a parcel or change the delivery day, contact FastEx customer care.
