FastEx Express Centers: Walk-In Courier Branch & Drop-Off Guide
A plain guide to FastEx Express Centers: booking parcels at the counter, sending Globex parcels abroad, buying flyers and asking about your shipments.
What FastEx Express Centers Are For
FastEx has customer Express Centers where you can walk in and book parcels. Individuals, small businesses and online sellers use them to send parcels, buy packing flyers and ask about their shipments.
Express Centers are different from sorting centers, which are not open to the public. At an Express Center there is a counter with scales, a booking system and staff to help you.
What You Can Do at an Express Center
The main services for customers and sellers at the counter.
Book a Parcel for Home Delivery
Hand in parcels and documents for delivery to a door in Pakistan. Staff weigh your parcel, take the receiver’s details and give you a printed booking slip.
Send Parcels Abroad (Globex)
Send documents, samples or parcels abroad with FastEx Globex. You must show your original CNIC or passport in person and bring four signed copies of the commercial invoice or packing declaration.
Collecting From a Center
We could not confirm whether parcels can be sent to an Express Center for you to collect. Ask the helpline before you book.
Flyers and Packing
Ask the counter which flyers, envelopes and packing materials they have, so your items are protected on the way.
How to Book a Parcel at an Express Center
Follow these simple steps when you visit an Express Center:
- Pack it well: Protect the items inside with bubble wrap or padding. Ask the counter if they want to see inside the parcel before you close it.
- Bring ID: Bring your CNIC in case it is needed. For Globex international parcels, you must show your original CNIC or passport.
- Receiver details: Write the receiver’s full name, mobile number, city and full address clearly on the booking slip.
- Weight and price: Staff weigh your parcel and work out the price from its weight and size.
- Keep the printed booking slip: Always keep your booking slip. The tracking number on it is what you use to track your parcel.

Finding Your Nearest Center and Opening Days
FastEx Express Centers are in many cities. Booking centers do not open on Sundays or gazetted public holidays, such as Eid, Pakistan Day and Independence Day. We could not confirm each center’s exact opening hours.
Opening hours can differ between centers, so check the address and hours of your nearest one by calling customer support on 042-111-007-009 or visiting the FastEx website at fastex.pk.
How to Spot a Genuine FastEx Express Center
In busy markets, some agents may claim to work for FastEx when they do not. To be safe, check these signs before you book:
1. FastEx Signs and Contact Details
A genuine center shows FastEx branding and the official FastEx helpline, 042-111-007-009.
2. Printed Booking Slip
Staff should enter your parcel in the FastEx system and print a booking slip with your tracking number, the sending and delivery cities and the price. Be careful with handwritten receipts.
3. FastEx Packing
Ask for FastEx flyers and packing materials to protect your parcel before it is sent.
