FastEx runs its own customer express centers for booking parcels and collecting held shipments. It does not publish one timetable that covers every branch, so this page explains how to confirm the hours of the center you need instead of guessing.

- Ask for the opening and closing time on the day you plan to go, including Friday if that is your day.
- If you are sending a parcel, ask what time it must be booked to be dispatched the same evening.
